The Department of Chemistry has been offering analytical services for the analysis of water and soil samples to the Lady Doak college community and the public through its extension unit "Analytical Corner" for more than 12 years. The quality of water and soil samples submitted for analysis by the users is checked for the required physico-chemical parameters based on standard procedures by the students of the Department and validated by the staff-in-charge. The results along with the permissible limits for each parameter is then given to the user.
